The Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Inc., is a Florida non-profit organization, which has tax-exempt status under IRC § 501(c) (3). The Aquarium is dedicated to public education, research, animal assisted therapy and the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sick or injured animals.
