VOLUNTEER
Adult Volunteer Program
If you are 18 or older and interested in volunteering at CMA, we welcome you to attend a volunteer orientation meeting. Attending orientation is the first step to becoming a member of CMA's volunteer team. During your orientation meeting, you will learn more about our program and areas our volunteers help us in.
Please bring your completed volunteer application to your orientation session; do NOT submit them prior to this as they will not be accepted.
CMA requires volunteers to commit to a minimum of one shift per week for four hours. We require a minimum four month commitment. We do not offer short-term volunteer opportunities.
Volunteers currently contribute to the following departments:
- Animal Care
- Sea Turtles
- Aquatics/Water Quality
- Gift Shop
- Education
- Hospitality
Getting Started:
In order to get started as a volunteer please complete the volunteer application and attend one of the orientation meetings listed below.
Applications will only be accepted at orientation, please do not submit them prior to the meeting.
