*Please provide 1 chaperone per 10 children

Tour Date & Time Preference

Please check below once you have read the following and agree with the terms:
All students will wear name tags
If there are over 30 student participants, my group will be divided into two groups.
Students will not be allowed to wander CMA unaccompanied
My group will exit CMA 30 minutes after the end of the tour to allow other groups a fun and educational experience.
