Thank you for your interest in Clearwater Marine Aquarium’s Summer Camp Program!
In order to register for your camp, please follow the registration process outlined below. If you have any further questions please feel free to e-mail Sarah Schulze, Camps Coordinator, at camps@cmaquarium.org or call at 727-441-1790 x252.
It is also recommended to reserve a space for your camper for the desired camp and week. This will assure your camper a spot for the program!

Registration Process
1. Download registration and conduct form.
2. After completing the appropriate forms please mail, fax or e-mail forms attention Sarah Schulze, Camps Coordinator. Fax 727-445-1139
3. Please include payment along with registration forms. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, or cash are accepted)
4. Once forms and payment have been received a confirmation letter will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. A hard copy can also be sent upon request.
Please note: If you ordered a Camp Gear Pack or Photo Pack for your camper, items will be distributed on the first day of camp.
Each camper will need to bring the following items with them to camp depending on what camp he/she is registered for. Please check the registration form for the camp type if you are uncertain.
Snorkeling: Mask, snorkel, water shoes, sunscreen, towel, hat, bathing suit, change of clothes, snack, and a drink
Indoor: Snack, drink
Travel: Mask, snorkel, water shoes, sunscreen, towel, hat, bathing suit, change of clothes, snack, and a drink
Lunch Bunch: Bag lunch and a drink
